I am having trouble with my Acer Portal and Acer Cloud: I can't get into either and every time they pop up, it tells me there is a problem. How can I fix it?
I called the Acer help but the tech said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't help me, he didn't seem very interested in helping me. Worse customer service ever.
How can I get these both fixed? I tried installing again but all's I get is a problem and I can't download either of these.
