FAQs on Solution Partner Program

The Solution Partner Program is designed for developers, agencies, and IT service providers who deploy or manage client projects on AccuWeb.Cloud. Partners earn monthly commissions based on their cloud usage.

Partner levels (Registered, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are based only on total monthly usage under your partner account.

No. Partner tiers are usage-based only, not client-based.

Tier — Monthly Usage — Commission

Registered — $100+ — 5%

Silver — $1,000+ — 10%

Gold — $3,000+ — 20%

Platinum — $5,000+ — 30%

Usage is calculated from all cloud resources consumed under your partner account, including CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, and any other billable resources.

Tier — Support Level

Registered — Standard Support

Silver — Priority Support

Gold — Fast-Track Support

Platinum — VIP Support + Dedicated Partner Success Manager

Partners must maintain a minimum balance of $100 to ensure uninterrupted service.

If the balance drops below $100 and payment is not updated, deployments may be paused to prevent unpaid usage.

This does not affect partner tier or commission — it only ensures services stay active.

AccuWeb.Cloud uses a calendar-month billing cycle:

• Usage period: 1st to 30/31st

• Invoice generated after month-end

• Commission calculated after invoice finalization

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid after usage for the previous month is finalized.

Every month, you receive a report showing:
• Total usage
• Your partner tier
• Commission percentage
• Commission amount
• Payout status

This provides transparency until the partner dashboard is launched.

Yes. You earn commissions for usage from the date you become a Solution Partner until month-end.

Example:
Joined on 15th → Usage from 15–30/31st is eligible.

If monthly usage (even partial month) is below $100, no commission is paid for that month.

Yes. If your usage crosses a higher slab, you automatically earn that tier’s commission for that month.

Yes. If usage drops below a tier’s threshold next month, you move to the lower tier for that month.

Commissions can be added to your AccuWeb.Cloud balance or sent through an approved payout method (where available).

No. White-label hosting is provided only in the Reseller Program, not in the Solution Partner Program.

Yes. You can migrate any number of clients from AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, etc. Gold and Platinum partners receive additional migration assistance.

No. Joining the Solution Partner Program is free.

Only Platinum Partners receive a dedicated Partner Success Manager.

Yes. You can participate in both programs if your business model requires it.

No. Commissions are only paid on completed, paid usage.

Yes, a dashboard is under development.

Until launch, all reports are delivered via email.

Yes. There is no commitment and no penalty. Commissions are paid based on completed usage only.

Currently, the maximum commission rate is 30% for Platinum Partners.

No... There are no hidden fees. You earn commissions based on your actual usage.
