What are digital certificates?+

Digital certificates are credentials that recognize your learning achievements and skills. Whether you complete a standalone course or a full certification, you can earn a digital certificate to showcase on your professional profiles.

Is there a cost to earn digital certificates at Criteo Commerce Academy?+

No. All courses and certifications that offer digital certificates are currently free. We aim to make learning accessible to all our users.

How do I access my digital certificates?+

After completing a course or certification and passing the final assessment when required, you can access and download your digital certificate anytime through the My Learning area. You will also receive the link via email.

How long are my digital certificates valid for?+

Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. We recommend reviewing updates or retaking assessments annually to keep your skills current.

Are certifications mandatory for the Criteo Partner Program?+

Yes. Some certifications are required for agencies in certain regions to unlock Partner Program benefits. Contact agencypartners@criteo.com for details.

How do I change the name on my digital certificates?+

Update your personal details in My Learning. Your certificates will update automatically.
