gosh darn it, i am excited about larissa szporluk's reading tonight. and i may in fact take this course with the word "love" in its title, consequences be damned.

(and yusef komunyakaa has the sultriest voice i've heard yet of a male poet. i have too many crushes.)
there was the exchange student in the hallway of the cathedral basement, a year and a half ago, remember that? with a long jacket and fiery outbursts about cartesian maths. i wish i was that beautiful as a moment.
