intelligence, which pisses me off to no end. but enough of that, um. sincere, heartfelt kindness. i don't mean sappy hallmark card fake syrupy sentiment...just. when you feel someone reaching out from their own storm. this world's a mess. it helps.
hope. mending. and what's missing--gaps, need, button holes, torn edges. you know.

i am obsessed with the sound the car makes when you're on the highway and falling asleep slowly so slowly and the sun is setting and you hear steel and calm beneath...
somewhere someone asked if you had to hear only one voice for the rest of your life, whose would it be, and i believe i answered "mark kozelek" because of how his tone changes in what feels like accidents of emotion. it's difficult to express. (shrug)
i like spider noises, too.

hmmmm...it's not a swear word but at times i use "christ" or "lord." i think it's a given that "fuck" has power depending on when you put it where. fishing.
