so Robert cried at the end of reading The Remains of the Day. i remember him texting me from work years ago to tell me he'd cried at the end of Atonement, and years before that at The Unbearable Lightness of Being (he said he was having a hard time wiping his face dry before going back in from his lunch break). he's pretty great. #thingsyouknowalready
