Just saw a city bus whiz by and at the top it said "Powered in part by hybrid electronic technology" or something. I had no idea they were doing that--so cool. Between this and all the unfolding steps towards bike lanes and bike racks all over Midtown, I may have to shut my yap about how car-centered this city is. Tickles me pink. Maybe all that bad press really did kick things in gear like folks were saying the other night...I hope so.
