Anyone who knows me, has ever been to my community, or my lj, KNOWS that Rajon Rondo is like, my obsession. Love that sexy bitch. But I have TWO favorite players that are NOT Boston Celtics, (mainly because I want them to one day BE Celtics, but that is really just a pipe dream...) and those players are Carmelo and Amare. The whole performance is so beautiful and heartfelt, I got goosebumps the first time I watched it, and have yet to be moved by another piece in the same way since. It's THAT good. Please, please, please treat yourself to the link above. Well worth it.

Why I love them-
While I no longer like (or even tolerate) the Twilight series because of A., The movie cast, B. Bella's characterization, and C. the final book.... *shudder* I will forever love the character of Jacob Black, AS I pictured him while reading the books. Ultimately Bella wasn't good enough for Jacob, considering she chose that girly vampire over him, and thus Jacob deserved a more suitable mate like Leah. I love their relationship, and the parallels their characters faced in losing the ones they loved to other people. I wish they could've ended up together, and I'll always have a soft spot for them. Why are these the actors I picture for them? Steven, there is no question, he is the one and only Jacob Black... No thank you Taylor Lautner. Freida Pinto, however, I chose because I was reading the books right around the release of Slumdog Millionaire, and could not get her out of my head. She just organically became my Leah, and that's how it had to be.

Why I love them-
Where do I start? I'm such a huge Kristen Wiig fan. She came and saved SNL in the name of women, in a time when all the previous female greats were leaving for bigger and better ventures. Kristen gets flack for being overused, but she is the only LEAD female in the SNL cast and she has earned that screen time. As for Hader, like Wiig, he is completely versatile and totally deserving of his massive usage every week on SNL. Both of them can impersonate anyone, write their own fabulously original characters, and flourish outside of the SNL stage. I can see them both making it big like the greats of the past (Will, Molly, Jimmy, Tina, Amy, etc., etc.) Plus... shipping them is totally my guilty pleasure because, come on, their friendship is squeefully adorable <3

Why I love him-
First of all, UNF. I'm so extremely attracted to him I can't stand it *dies*. Okay, let me preface this by saying I was born and raised in New England, and I have been a Patriots fan my whole life - half of which never saw a Superbowl, - so when Brady came in like the Messiah and saved us all, we were sold. I'm no bandwagon fan and I take my sports very seriously (I can't help it if the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots - and now Bruins, yay! - are all from the same area! hehe).
I honestly love everything about Brady, from the way he leads his team, to the way he respects and learns from Coach Belicheck, to the way he cares for his children. He faced a possible career ending injury, in which he tore THREE cl's in his knee, and never gave up working hard to get back. He would never let us down, because he loves our team so much, and has faith in the franchise they've built. It was so good to see him back on the field this season; it was like everyone let out a collective sigh of relief to see him throw just like he used to, nothing missing from the guy we love. So Brady had to make this list because I'm obsessed, kthnxbye.

Why I love them-
Mark and Olivia were sold to me completely by the incredibly real chemistry between Joseph and Sonya. I don't always love Joseph's acting, because I think as a theatrical actor, he can over project in scenes; which is in contrast to the more subtle work Sonya does onscreen. Regardless, their scenes together are visually stunning. I could watch them kiss all day long just for the pretty. Besides the shallow factor though, I love their playful word usage, speaking in opposites where 'I hate you' is 'I love you.' It's the sweetest thing, and it allows for them to make themselves vulnerable and say how they feel, while keeping it unique to just them two, as well as playful and light.

Why I Love Him-
Jeremy has had a quality about him since the Pilot that just seems to pull all the key attention away from his sister (the lead), and straight to himself. I'll admit that I think Elena is the weakest character on The Vampire Diaries, but the fact that Jeremy, who perhaps *should* be the weakest, is the strongest, makes him a real standout. I love the raw intensity that Steven brings to Jeremy, truly making you feel everything he feels without having to put it into words. Also, from the pilot to sweeps, Steven packed on the muscle, grew out his thick, luscious hair, and generally became an all around smoking hottie. His bone structure, his lips, his smoldering eyes? Yep. He might be the baby of the show, but he's holding his own in the big leagues. You would think Ian would be a shoe in for the hottest male, but I'm going to have to disagree. Ian's Damon pales in comparison to the characters he's played in the past, and right now Steven takes the cake.

Why I Love Her (SFM!!!)-
I'm not quite sure how I can even FULLY explain how much I love this girl. Probably because I never, EVER expected to. What a diamond in the ruff she was? Seriously. First, I need to say although I love Quinn, she has garnered herself to obsession level because of the wonderous actress who plays her: Dianna Agron. Dianna is quite literally made of sunshine, rainbows, unicorns and cupcakes, and is declared (by her castmates and all who know her) to be the sweetest girl in the world. But with that being said, I love Quinn because she was presented as a typical character, who proved herself to be anything but typical. Quinn is facing something truly life changing, and it IS changing her. With each episode, we learn a little more about Quinn, and Quinn learns a little more about herself. She may not be perfect, but I love her for that. I love her flaws and her weaknesses, and even her mean streak. Also, the subtle looks Dianna gives her, from glares to tears, are breathtaking to watch. I recommend this show because it's brilliantly written, and every character offers up something to love; but I recommend Quinn as someone you grow along with, and learn to love in the way the Glee club is learning to love her (and she them), layer by layer.
