Just popping in to spread some good holiday season cheer by noting that a punk song called
"Boris Johnson Is A F*cking C*nt," by the cult comedy band The Kunts,
reached #5 in the official UK charts at Christmas time.
It sadly missed the number one spot, which instead,
for the third consecutive year, went to a novelty song about sausage rolls whose proceeds went to a food bank charity.
Still an impressive feat for a 56-second track – or 82 seconds in its 'extended album version' – with all of one line of lyrics repeated the full length of the song, which was
predictably banned by the BBC and propelled upward solely by word of mouth on social media.
And, you know.. they're not wrong.
