Helen Reddy, an Australian (Melbourne, Victoria) born singer and actress died in Los Angeles, California. She was 78, would have been 79 this coming October 25.
A great thanks is sent to her as she makes her journey to whatever is beyond earthly existence.

Remembered for a continued string of hit songs in the 1970s, she caught the attention of many with her song,
I Am Woman, which went on to become a feminist anthem.
A few weeks ago, a documentary, aptly titled
I Am Woman was released. It is about her life.
