Windows Stuck at loading!

Have you tried Google?

Where is it struck first of all, windows 7 or 10 OS and have you try hitting F2 and seeing if it load the bios an if it does so try loading in safe mode.

My Windows 8 had some problems at loading once. I always used sleep mode to turn off. When I used shut off mode to turn off and then turn back on, everything worked right again.
