Looks like a long term trend in politics, endy.
In 2004, I expressed grief and outrage through the songs on this thread, and carried it on for four years. That a person such as Bush could occupy the White House through one term was beyond unbearable. That he could assume a second term was the straw that broke the camel's back. Even today, in the waning weeks of his administration, the pain remains palpable. With the election of Barak Obama, we have an opportunity to undo a whole raft of wrongs. For that reason, I am suspending the thread. Closing with this song, written by John Lenon, performed by Neil Young. Thanks to all of you who have participated, and good luck.
