One of the questions in my engineering assignment wants me to find unknown currents and voltages in a simple ideal diode circuit and I have no idea how to do this kind of thing, can anyone help me understand?

I'd guess an ideal diode to have zero forward resistance and infinite back; perhaps zero forward drop, not sure

Perhaps when you watch this video clip of an ideal diode model, it can help you better understand the circuit analysis using a zener diode.
