Hi there. I wonder how is that possible, that i have no money in my bank account, debit card nor paypal balance . Everywhere is 0. But still i managed to buy on ebay an item for 150 pounds. Whats going on and whats going to happen next?

You ever think to actually contact Paypal rather then an online forum that has nothing to do with said website?
