It's incredibly appropriate for what's happening right now.

Unfortunately Matt Johnson's lyrics always seem to be prescient.

I'm listening to Dire Straits' "On Every Street" album - for the first time ever. It's not awful. Knopfler is a sweet and distinctive guitar player. Like SRV and Gilmour.

The "We Can Fly Volume 4 - Psych Rarities from the 60's & 70's" series of compilations right now it's

Just occasionally you think a track has an inkling of something interesting, but just misses the mark in polish, or exploring the idea, feels like it has rails on it's bed.

It's Mike Oldfield's Moonlight Shadow - plenty of versions on youtube, possibly one of them will work in the US but I have no way of knowing/testing.

The Trust/Fall album by Colin Phils - I was attracted by the obvious silliness of their name but it's actually a pretty neat bit of post rock/math rock that got lost in the first year of COVID
