Current owner unblock

First, sign the Browser Use CLA for browser-use/browser-use#4826; all code checks pass and the only PR blocker is license/cla. Sign at https://cla-assistant.io/browser-use/browser-use?pullRequest=4826. If it stays pending after signing, use https://cla-assistant.io/check/browser-use/browser-use?pullRequest=4826.

Then publish the one-minute X post from the owner's personal account and attach docs/demo.mp4. Use the full social packet only after this single post is live.

Browser Use failed on a local `.html` upload: the upload preview never appeared.

That `.html` case is just the demo. BrowserTrace replays browser-agent runs and compares failed vs good runs.
