    I have been an RN for about five years now and just recently took the PCCN and actually did very well on the Cardiovascular portion. I feel that Basic Concepts of EKG provided me with that extra boost of understanding I needed to fully understand the contents of the Cardiovascular system and get an overall picture for both clinical as well as educational needs. It is a very helpful reference that I keep in my workbag not only for my benefit but also as I precept new RNs on out Telemetry floor. Thumbs up on this one!

    Excellent book to understand the EKG.

    The explanations are very simple and clear and if you are looking to understand the EKG better , then i think this is the book you need to buy. I found this one as an essential guide in my professional life

    I've been a CCRN for 23 years and this book has been a great reference for all the new research and best practices. I recommend it.
