Palm-lined streets, sweeping Intracoastal views, and scenic trails define Flagler Drive. Whether walking, biking, or boating, this picturesque waterfront corridor is where relaxation meets stunning cityscapes.

Timeless elegance meets tropical beauty in El Cid. With its Mediterranean Revival homes, tree-lined streets, and proximity to the waterfront, this historic gem offers classic WPB charm.

ARRIVING 2025

The first phase of Nora — an acronym for North Railroad Avenue — is set to open in 2025, encompassing dining, retail, hospitality, and wellness spaces spanning 150,000 square feet. H&H Bagels and Juliana’s Pizza, plus Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Rumble Boxing are committed, while Pastis, will open its second South Florida location on the ground floor of Nora’s boutique five-story hotel.
