The GroupIQ Training Centers collaborates with schools, businesses, institutions, and organizations to provide strategic planning and support for the Future Inventors Program (FIP), helping them achieve their goals.

Our hands-on approach goes beyond simply advising clients on what to do; we collaborate on plans to help them succeed and develop tailored, strategic solutions for even the most challenging situations.

Our Core Team’s diverse expertise in business, public policy, and implementation ensures outcomes that endure. FIP includes strategic planning and integration support for the courses and certifications from the Core Team, the “Spark” for Future Inventors.

Program Descriptions

FIP introduces students from diverse backgrounds to the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Through their coursework, students gain knowledge in physics, aerodynamics, nanotechnology, robotics, navigation, and mapping.

By utilizing resources and working with trained experts, students can satisfy their curiosity, tackle challenges, and develop solutions.

The program aims to motivate inventors of dual-purpose technologies, turning their ideas into reality and empowering them to become confident inventors.

Workforce Development, Internships, Career and Transition Assistance Programs

The ARM Institute found that 4.6 million jobs will need to be filled in the U.S. manufacturing sector over the next decade, and 2.4 million jobs may go unfilled due to a lack of trained workers.

Contrary to the popular notion that robots will take over jobs, companies are finding themselves without a qualified workforce to fill all their open positions.

Through established partnerships based on FIP training, certified participants are considered for internships and career opportunities in 24 countries, with a success rate of over 85%.
