Yes! Animaga welcomes fans of all ages. However, children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I use my NDIS card for Companion Card entry?

Accepted Answer

No. Only official Companion Cards issued through the government program are eligible for free carer entry. NDIS cards or plans are not recognised under this policy.

Am I allowed to bring cosplay weapons to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cosplay props and weapons are allowed—but all items must comply with our Cosplay Weapons Policy. Please review the full policy on our website before arriving.

Can I bring personal items for guests to sign?

Guest signing rules vary. Please read our Guest Signing Policy in advance to avoid disappointment.

I accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date. Can I change it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Please contact us through the Animaga Eventbrite ticket page with your order details and the correct date you'd like to attend, and our team will assist you with the change (subject to availability).

When will VIP tickets/passes be available?

Accepted Answer

VIP passes will be released before July, once all our guest announcements are complete. Stay tuned to our social media channels for updates and the exact release date.

Question 7

Can I get more signings if I purchase a VIP pass?

Accepted Answer

Each VIP pass guarantees one guest signing. Additional signings may be available on the day depending on guest availability and your schedule, but they are not guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for missed signings beyond the included one.

Question 8

Can I upgrade my general admission ticket to a VIP pass?

Accepted Answer

No, VIP passes are sold separately and cannot be upgraded from general admission tickets.

Question 9

Does my ticket guarantee immediate entry into the event?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket guarantees entry to Animaga, but not immediate access at the time of your arrival. During peak periods, there may be wait times to enter the venue. Refunds will not be issued due to entry delays unless under exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
