1) Crop the image to 100x100.

2) Go to Image> Adjustments> Selecting Coloring. These were my settings.
REDS

3) Go to Image> Adjustments> Color Balance. These were my settings.
SHADOWS
11,0,31
HIGHLIGHTS
0,0,-5

4) Go to Image> Adjustments> Brightness/Contrast. These were my settings.
Brightness-8
Contrast- 4

5 Go to Image> Adjustments> Levels. These were my settings.
RGB
0, 1.14, 252
RED
0, 1.00, 255
GREEN
0, 1.00, 255
BLUE
0, 1.14, 255

6) Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to select a part of Nathan and paste it into a new layer. Desaturate it, and flip it horizontally

Add a 2pt stroke (Layer/ Layer Style/Stroke) in white around the black and white image and then move the black and white image to the right side of your icon.
You're DONE!
