Right now

Did you know that computer keyboards make noise because typewriter keys make noise? It is very easy to make keyboards that are silent but the manufacturers thought people might be weirded out by not having all the clacking going on while typing.

Normally this wouldn't bother me (it's the sound of productivity, after all).  But today, right now, there is somebody singing down the hallway, probably one of the painters.  And the sound of my typing is drowning him out. :(
