The application will be used by 2N couriers and they will be able to fulfill orders in the city. Through the application, couriers will receive all the information needed to fulfill the order; They will check and see their Income, book the listeners and write to the live support team.
Through the app, each courier will generate an individual amount, which depends on the number of orders performed and their performance. This amount later is each courier’s personal income. Accordingly, the courier is identified through the authorization mechanism and its performance is monitored. The courier has bank details where the earned money is credited from the 2N platform. Bank details can be changed only after the application Support correspondence. If the courier is not authorized in the system, it will be impossible to change its sensitive information and protect the data. The authentication mechanism protects the courier's personal information, the non-disclosure of his / her performance and ensures the risks of receiving information from persons irrelevant to 2N platform.
"Notification" - Couriers perform tasks at high tempo in live mode. Tasks are introduced into the system after the user orders products on the 2N platform. When a customer needs any change in the current order, then we need to provide the courier with information as quickly as possible and with more visual effects so that he does not have to waste time. Notification, therefore, will be a signal to the courier that an urgent response is needed, so notification is a very important tool.
"Geolocation" - We offer customers fast delivery, which means they can deliver their ordered product to their door in 20 minutes. In this process, it is important and comfortable for the customer to watch the live movement of his order. Also, our 2N platform has a monitoring panel where orders are tracked and controlled live. If the courier has a problem with the order, it will be resolved according to the location of the courier, replacing it with another nearby courier.
