Satisfi Labs is a company that builds AI tools to help businesses communicate with their customers better. Their old website was difficult to manage, and they wanted something much easier to update. They needed a site where they could regularly post blogs, showcase media coverage, and most importantly, create a detailed, engaging section for case studies. On top of that, they wanted a page highlighting their employee benefits to attract talent.

Objectives:

• Make the website easy to update without needing technical knowledge.
• Build a clean, modern design that reflects their brand.
• Focus on showcasing their blog, news, and case studies effectively.

Strategy: I started by creating a moodboard to nail down the visual direction—they wanted something that was professional but still approachable. From there, I designed wireframes that laid out the structure of the site, focusing on making the blog, media mentions, and case studies easily accessible and visually engaging.

Once the wireframes were approved, I moved to Figma to build out high-fidelity prototypes. This allowed us to refine the design and make adjustments based on feedback. After finalizing the design, I built the site using WordPress, customizing the backend so their team could easily update content without needing technical skills. The case studies section was a major focus, making sure each one was visually appealing and presented in a clear, engaging way.

Results: The new website turned out great. It’s now much easier for their team to update, and they can post blogs and manage their case studies effortlessly. The site looks modern and professional, which helps position Satisfi Labs as a leader in their industry. Plus, the new employee benefits page is a big hit for attracting talent.
