With the app of 247Services you always have control of your alarm system. Dealing with alarms through the app, entering new key holders or putting your alarm system into maintenance. It is all possible with this app without the intervention of an alarm center or alarm installer.
Basic settings:
- Handle incoming alarm
- Alarm history visible
- Add key holders yourself
- Enter holiday periods key holders
- Multiple locations possible
- Put the system in maintenance at the alarm centre
- Digital card
- Secure registration procedure
You'll receive a push message through the 247app when your system generate an alarm message. The key holders can respond to this push message and handle the alarm. If none of the keyholders respond quickly to the push message, you will be called by the alarm centre. It depends on the chosen subscription if that is done by a central operator or automated.
Every action can be seen in this 247Services app.
You can enter the key holders yourself with their contact details. When a key holder is not allowed to receive messages (for example due to holidays) you can indicate this in this app. Handling your alarm report does not cause unnecessary delay because the report is offered to someone who can not respond to it.
In the same simple way you can put your alarm system in maintenance. This means that your alarm system still sends alarm notifications, but they are not forwarded to the key holders.
The app provides a digital card. So you never have to worry about losing your pass with the alarm code from the alarm center.
