I was recently watching S4 E7 The He in the She and felt very uncomfortable with the scene of Bones and Booth talking to Patty's wife( starts at around 18:40). I really disliked how it felt so much like double standard. I do agree with Bones,but more along the lines that changing one sex should be the same to " augmenting God's work"because you're still changing your appearance. If "we were made in gods appearance" then even enhancing would "undoing it completely" because that was not how we were made/born. My issue is not they believe getting a sex change is wrong or okay my issuse is with the hypocrisy of that statement. In essence what it's saying, that we can change a little bit about ourselves, but not a lot because that's going too far. Then Booth proceeded to say " How about that Bones." As if what Bones believes is wrong, as if she is wrong for even defending Patty/Patrick for changing.

What I want to know are your thought on the scene, better yet on the whole episode.

Hello everyone!

First off, this is way way off topic :-D

Second, greetings to the people who still remember me!

Today I would like to share a little story with y'all!

Back when I started this community and it grew, I found a few very dedicated people to help out moderate it. Amongst those people was crearealidad.
What you don't know and what I would like to share today is that she and I have been in a relationship for a little over 8 years now and that we got married last September!

Hey Bones fandom! As dedicated watchers and fandomers and ficcers, bet you've probably seen what I've seen in this fandom which is a lot of really well-written, quirky fic, because there's all sorts of wonderful characters to delve into. What I adore most about this show is that the characters are very willing to see life as it is. I adore this about Bones. And that's where badsexfest comes in.

Sex isn't always pretty! Sometimes Naomi from Paleontology has to explain to you why the technical terms are not good ditry talk. Sometimes your perfectly acceptable at-work phone sex is interrupted by a dozen or so of your closest colleagues. And sometimes you think pony play is something you could try, and your partner does not agree. CBS Orders Cop Drama from Bones Creator Hart Hanson

PaleyFest: 'Bones' Creator Hart Hanson on a 2-Season Pickup, Those Extra 4 Episodes

Not long after the Bones creator's spinoff The Finder was axed at Fox, the showrunner is developing Backstrom, an hourlong crime drama based on the books by Swedish criminologist/novelist Leif G.W. Persson, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

CBS has given a pilot production commitment to the project, which hails from 20th Television. Persson's series revolves around Evert Backstrom, an overweight and offensive detective who attempts to change his ways. Hanson will write and executive produce alongside the author and his Scandanivan literary agent Niclas Salomonsson.

For Hanson, the project comes as he readies the eighth season of Fox's Bones and months after the network canceled The Finder. Like Backstrom, Bones is partially based on the life and books by forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs.
