2026 Visual Museum Symposium

Join us for the fourth annual symposium of the Visual Museum of Women in Christianity.

This year's theme invites you to re-read the familiar stories of women in scripture, guided by the insight of biblical scholars who are focused on the women in the biblical text. Jennifer Powell McNutt, author of The Mary We Forgot: What the Apostle to the Apostles Teaches the Church Today, is our keynote speaker. Dr. McNutt will be joined by other scholars including Dr. Lynn Cohick, Dr. Sandra Glahn, and Dr. George Kalantzis, the founding board members of the Visual Museum.
