AI processing providers

We use OpenAI for AI-powered content generation, comment creation, and text processing. Content you submit for AI processing (keywords, prompts, article parameters) is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing.

Search engine APIs

We use ValueSerp to retrieve search engine results data for keyword research and SERP analysis. Search queries and keyword data are transmitted to ValueSerp for processing.

Search data providers

Search volume, keyword difficulty, and related keyword data may be sourced through third-party search data APIs to provide comprehensive keyword intelligence.

Image sourcing providers

We use Pixabay and Pexels to source royalty-free images for your content. Search queries related to image requests are transmitted to these providers.

Link building providers

We use Publisuites for link building and sponsored content placement services. Website URLs, anchor text, and campaign parameters are shared as necessary to execute link building campaigns.

Payment processors

We use Migo as our payment processing provider in Guatemala. When you make a payment, your transaction details (amount, currency, payment method) are securely transmitted to Migo for processing. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Invoicing providers

We use TribuTax as our electronic invoicing (FEL) provider for generating legally compliant invoices in Guatemala. Your billing information (name, tax ID, address) is shared with TribuTax to generate and certify electronic invoices as required by Guatemalan tax law.

Other sharing

We may also share your information:

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of 1Platform Labs, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice)
  • With your consent or at your direction

  • Token-based authentication with role separation

5. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
  • Generated content: Retained for up to 90 days after account deletion
  • API logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and analytics
  • Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
  • Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely in aggregate form
