13 Game Login Security Responsibilities

5. Permitted Use of 13l Game Platform

Prohibited Activities

• Disputes must be reported to support at support@13-lgame.com within 24 hours of the disputed event. 13l Game decisions following investigation are final.

7. 13l Game Deposits and Withdrawals

• 13l Game accepts deposits via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfer. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name only.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified UPI ID or bank account only. 13l Game does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• 13l Game may request additional verification documentation for large-value withdrawals or wallet activity that triggers compliance review thresholds.
• All payment transactions are processed through certified Indian payment gateway providers operating under Reserve Bank of India frameworks.

8. 13l Game Bonuses and Promotions

• All 13l Game bonuses have wagering requirements that must be fulfilled through qualifying game participation before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may expire, be modified, or be withdrawn at any time at 13l Game’s discretion. Unclaimed bonuses that reach their expiry date are forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

11. Disclaimers and No Warranties

12. Limitation of 13l Game Liability

13. Member Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 13l Game, its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of 13-lgame.com or 13l Game services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable Indian laws in connection with 13l Game participation; or fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct associated with your 13 Game Login account.

14. Modifications to 13l Game Terms

13l Game reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at 13l Game’s sole discretion. 15. Severability

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
