Creating Our Frequencies

Another Sophie’s Universe was created. A Mandala, of focusing a Sacred Space with the Divine.

It has been a while since I felt like writing. Not that words wouldn’t come, but because I needed the silence. So I decided to focus inward, away from the outer chaotic chatter of He said, She said, He did, She did, all that drama of the crazy world of repeat cycles of War & Peace.

The Fear Fractals of hooking us back into the programming that many are at last awakening themselves from, has been rampant, as distraction after distraction surfaces to capture and suck us back into the harvesting of our energy.

These cycles have been repeating themselves for Millenia, and as the older generations fade, history has been re-written many times over, suiting the narratives of those who seek to control, as we do battle within this constant Spiritual War, which is aeons old.

A game, in which our Life force is systematically being sucked from us, as we give away our power via focusing our attention outside of ourselves, as our emotions are force-fed Fear, lack, and division. While we no longer see how enslaved we have become, within a system whereby the worker ants are kept, to continually struggle to survive. While others thrive!

It is ALL about Frequency and Vibration. Which, whether we realise it or not, we are being played like musical instruments, as our strings are pulled and played, to the tune of the Piper of the day.

Thankfully though, people around the world are beginning to wake up, seeing the indoctrinations via their governing controllers and how each section of society has been infiltrated, tainted and twisted via the threads of top down forces, within them.

We see those forces within our systems which have created the present day conditions which have eroded our God Given liberties and freedoms as sovereign Human Beings. For we are the ones who have allowed more and more control over us, be it through AI controlled check outs, banking, digital ID, or the labelling we allow ourselves to boxed into.

The Year of the Fire Horse however may swiftly bring in dynamic changes, as people begin to follow their own paths, as their free spirits rise. Time we know is already speeding, as we are already in Mid April.

The Year of the Fire Horse. Acrylic painting. Life may take you at full gallop. Or throw you off if you are out of balance!. The Year of the Wood Horse, was a good year to be born!

The World has been hoodwinked throughout history into a narrative, a story, that we have all willingly played our role in. As we conform, follow and believe that which are told.
Narratives which ALWAYS cause divides, creating the blame game.
I Feel a great sadness for those with eyes who as yet do not see how they are being played, deceived and manipulated into more division. But I am always the optimist.. And have plenty of Hope within me for our future.

I have spoken many times within my posts throughout the years of the deceit and lies we all of us have fallen for at various stages of our lives.
I remember my own eyes were opened many years ago in the late 80’s and it was a shock, which took me a while to recover from, as I discovered the world was far from what we had all been led to believe it to be.

Those who KNOW, know, and those who are meant to DISCOVER will.

The Good News is, that as more people awaken, which they are doing, they too will be shocked in the future, many may not even wish to open their eyes to look, as evidence is brought before them. But each of us who are here on planet Earth right now chose to be a player within this Game on Earth as each of our vibrations chose their experiences and roles of Good, Bad, or Indifferent.

Each of us are already upon our pathway of creating what is our present future time line of existence, and how that will play out for our own personal growth, as well as the collective is up to each of us as to what kind of world we wish our children’s children to grow up in. It’s all about what Frequency we put out and where we focus our attention..

We are each of us manifesting our own destinies, be that what it may, for it is everyone’s choice to choose their own paths.
What is wonderful about being a witness in this stage in our evolution, is trusting the process of this universal convergence, as planets align, and communities rally together. Seeing the difference we make as we each of us remove the sleep from our eyes…Seeing that the scales are tipping, as we choose to lift our vibrations higher.

I Choose Peace, over Conflict
I Choose Creation, over Destruction
And I Choose Harmony & Healing, over Hatred and Division.

Am I perfect?….. NO!…. Far from it.. Holding a Higher vibration of Joy, when one is surrounded by such negative forces is never easy. And some days I fail miserably. But, I keep trying to be the best version of myself.
There are always going to be Highs and Lows in life, and there are a multitude of things that we have to deal with. But, I am so grateful for my life, and the amazing blessings we take for granted each and every day..

We each of us are a jigsaw piece, within the whole. And it takes time before we find those other pieces in which we can fit snuggly into, or feel safe, as we seek out those with like minds within our picture-box perceptions, as we each search to find that balance and peace of mind within. And I am so very grateful for this community of WordPress, whom WE have created so many wonderful friendships over the years..

Often times we are pulled in different directions. But All paths lead home, no matter how many detours we may take… If we truly wish to navigate these challenging times, then we also have to also trust our Inner Compass, to show us the way. And do what feels best for ourselves.. Not joining in with the herd mentality.. But truly listening with our hearts and learning to discern what feels right and what feels wrong.

So, I wish to thank all of you who read within this Sanctuary I created some 19 years ago in 2007.
My Silence reaches out to every wounded heart, to all my faithful friends, I say thank you for your love and the well wishes you always bring as your own hearts open with the love you share with me.

We have to take hold of the reins as we ride the storms of life.

Together We Do Make a Difference.

We each of us hold space within our frequencies, so that Unity Consciousness finds a firmer footing, as Integrity strengthens its grip. As the Light of awareness rises, so too, it may appear more difficult, and as more awaken to themselves and the power within, so too will those shadows emerge stronger to pull us back down.
This spiritual battle of Light verses Dark is as old as time itself. And as our awareness and hearts open, so too, will it expose more darker shadows. We have to be strong and mindful of where we focus our energy. And remember… we are one family… The Human race… regardless of creed, or race or statue.. Discernment is the key, for there are always tricksters amongst us.

Remember, We are the creators,

For where our attention goes, that is where we are giving our energy of creation. Be mindful of where you are focusing all of your attention.

So, my friends, as we enter this phase of our evolution, I pray each of you who read here finds your own space within your own inner silent sanctuary. As you each learn to go within. Listen to your hearts, not the main stream headlines. Discern with your inner intuition that which feels right.

At the moment what feels right for myself, is spending less time on my computer and more time creating and enjoying the gifts of nature.

This isn’t a goodbye… But it is a pause….

We maybe all should pause, take stock of ourselves and ask ourselves what kind of frequencies are we creating? And ask ourselves are we adding to the light of Love in the world, or are we creating more divisions and shadows. The choice is ours to make..

I choose to stay within my own silence a while longer, As I apologise here, to those who have been pending and awaiting my reply for several months now on my last post… Which I have just addressed and answered. Comments I will leave open.. But please do not be offended if I am late getting back to reply..

Unity Consciousness– Rising!

Some may have noticed, or not, that I have not spent a great deal of time within WP in January, this is for several reasons of taking time for self-healing, and spending time on several projects of creativity. I recently saw a spike in attention given to my blog today, which led me to revisit some of my older postings… This one below I wrote in 2014. Which related to the Arab Spring… And how a tidal wave of uprising was then occurring.

So, below is a revised edited version of that post.

We all have become so conditioned in the role of mind games. Be it from being told what to buy, eat, drink, wear.. To being conditioned to the violence on TV, video games, Cartoons or Films. And in todays world of AI we can no longer trust what we are witnessing with our very eyes.. We have to use our discernment along with our gut instincts, of right and wrong!.

For we have all of us been programmed to one level or another, as our minds have been influenced to fight and control various aspects of our lives. We all at some point in our lives have exerted control over another, for its Ego’s Power wanting to be better and top dog. As we were brought up to believe we have to be the Best, top of the class etc. We have all been taught to compete, rather than co-operate with one another.

So when our Conscious mind sets gather in like minded thought as we witnessed back in the Arab Spring. People joined to change that control. And so began more conflict, as the Fear took greater hold and the powers fought to retain their existing control over their domains. ..

We need to step back for one moment, and See what is it we want to change? DO we want a safer, more peaceful world. And if you were to ask yourself one question,

How would you change what seems to be wrong with the World today?

Would you join in a protest or would you join in a Prayer?

Would you seek to change Power? Or would you seek to find Peace?

And if you sort Peace, How would you achieve it in this turbulent World?

I cannot change the World events. I cannot alter the way others think or act.

All I can do is change my own perspective, alter my own ways of being. When enough of us look within at our own controlling ways we then create our own ripple effect which creates our own ‘Spring shift’ into ‘Unity’.

Unity consciousness!.

We need to gather and send out but one vibration.

LOVE.

Love is stronger than Hate.

Love is more powerful than Fear.

And love is what we are missing in the world today.

What is it YOU really want above all else? What do YOU spend your life working for? Can it be found in bricks and mortar? Can it be found in your Fast Cars? Is it found in the hard graft seeking that big promotion? Is it found in your bank balance? Just what is it we are searching for?

Have you found it yet?

Did you find Love today?

Have you looked in the Mirror today and viewed what actions you put out in the world?

I have.

And I need to alter myself, I need to alter my own judgemental attitudes. I need to stop being so critical. I need to stop gossiping. I need to stop being angry. I need to stop being Fearful.

And when I next look in the mirror I need to tell myself how much I am Loved! and love myself more!

When enough of us alter our own ways of BEing. Then we will see The Shift into Unity Consciousness.

Be Love!

and Live from your heart!

And send your LOVE not Fear to the places in the world which need it most.. Fear creates more Fear. And will add to the Chaos in the world.. So we need to Send LOVE!

Because Love Conquers ALL..

Isn’t that what another Great Teacher came to teach?

Night Visions ..

Below is a poem I found the other night within one of my journals dating back to 2010. I cannot even remember if I had typed up or posted this before. But I typed up last night, and thought I would share it..

The poem speaks of those moments when you cannot drift off to sleep, and the images that flit across your mind, as memory surfaces. Back then I would be tormented by world events.. Even more so than now.. Because now I have learnt a different approach. While I still care deeply.. I now observe, accept, and allow the emotions to be breathed through me, without hanging onto them.

The Vision I spoke of in my last post, was not a pleasant one to repeat.. I hung onto that vision for so long. It worried me, and it did my health no good at all.. For our emotional bodies which feels the dis-ease, then creates the disease within us.. Which is why learning to LET GO, of those layers of wounding is so important.

So today, I prefer to envision a world of peace, unity, and harmony. and while the outer world as of yet, hasn’t managed to manifest that into reality. My inner world and that which I surround myself has, because I try to hold space, of calm, as I create those images in which I wish to be.

We each create our own reality. It begins with how we think, followed by our actions, of which we are all of us responsible for. We either create beauty, or we can keep the Ugly perpetuating by adding our prejudices, and anger into our world…

Keep Adding Your LIGHT no matter how dark it may seem!

‘Hollow’ is the mind, as you shut out the night

Images drift in visions across the screen as you fight

The torments of a soul, suspended within the time of illusion

As you twist and turn, in the jungle of confusion.

Darts of blame
Spears of flames

Arrows of truth, piercing the layers

As they burn into your soul, sending out prayers

Prayers to all who would listen

Hark! hear that? — as tears glisten

Rolling down, they fall through time
As you taste their salty brine.

The silence echoes back across the void

What is this world in which we have toyed?

This Garden of Eden in which we play

Why do we destroy and cause so much dismay?

The vision erupts, clear and sharp

Each one like a newly thrown dart

You erase them, scrubbing them clean

Your mind is the blackboard and the screen.

You take up the chalk and in big letters write

There is only one answer for this world– UNITE

A common theme, a running thread

To pull all together, all pounding in my head

Nation against nation, man against beast

I see it all, as the story is unleashed

And as the ‘Hollow’ is filled with thought

The restless mind in-between worlds get caught

Seeing the Visions of nature’s wrath

And all who will suffer along her path.

Is it any wonder as I twist and turn
The Visions of the Future are a place I yearn

So, close your eyes, Close them tight.
Hollow is the mind, as you shut out the night!

Speaking What Is In My Heart ~Updated.

Below is a post I wrote back in 2019.. I have recently edited in slightly by adding some words in Italics..
Many I know, are struggling with the world at large and nearer to home, but I hold great faith that while it may appear chaotic in many places, there are forces at work, which are working for the good of humanity as a whole.. We only get to see a portion of the Bigger Picture in this puzzle we call life. But we are all here at this time to play our own parts in helping our world through these times of great changes.
May we all add our love and light as we bare witness, and history will I am sure look back on these transformative times, as we begin to remember why we came. As we each realise we need to open our hearts and learn to live by them in love and unity, not anger, fear, or hatred.

It is hard sometimes to speak what is on your mind, when there are no words to express what you feel. So I will just let my fingers do the talking as I allow my thoughts to flow freely.

At times it takes courage to pick up your Arrow of Truth, and speak it. But Time is running short!

Gaia is going through her own changes. She is causing many disruptions which are making us rethink, reshape and make huge life changes. Which in turn may bring uncertainties and fear, but many now are also sensing an urgency, to move, relocate, leave their unsatisfactory jobs or life styles. Or change the habits of a life time.

Or like me, you may just feel that need to escape into your own world, of peace and tranquillity as we reconnect deeper still within ourselves and our Earth Mother.

What we are witnessing are the ‘Old Systems’ collapsing around us. Not only are we seeing governments falling apart, as they divide and argue back and forth. But the environment is also showing us how vulnerable we are. Because we have forgotten she is our Earth Mother, neglecting and abusing her.

While I see water, snow, hail and wind, causing us our own problems, I also see Gaia is cleansing the Earth Plane as I have spoken of before. She is going through her own birthing pains; her waters have now broken. Water holds memory, and water contains knowledge. And this is not the first time Mother Earth has cleansed us with her waters.

Observing as I do, while holding an inner sadness for those who are not yet understanding this Matrix, I also feel great excitement, for I know deep down the old has to be stripped away before our New Earth can be re-birthed.

The ‘Old Programming’ is being stripped away by the new frequencies which are coming in more frequently which some are not handling well. These energies, affect us in different ways. For me recently, I sleep a lot, even in the day. I wake tired, having been busy in dream state. For others it is causing depression and a deep longing to return home. As they cannot fathom the depth of their emotional confusion.. We have to understand we are all vibration, all frequency, So it stands to reason when our Earth Mother is altering her frequency we too feel unsettled and out of balance.

We often may feel unsteady as we lose our Balance. But sometimes we need to fall over to pick ourselves up again.

Many are still clinging to the old ways, and conflict is an ever-present danger as their ego’s fight this final battle, holding onto control and fear-based emotions. This is why governments are now falling apart as they hang onto the old ways of rule. We are caught within our cycles, repeating the past, until we learn to let it go once and for all. Many whose hearts are not open, are wanting to divide us by various means, causing conflict and heartache, which feeds those negative energies, and the controlling powers behind those who rule our world.

For some reading this, you may think this is a foolish notion, but were it not for the knowledge I have gained along my own long Spiritual Journey through many years, I may have nodded my head at one time in agreement with you.

But for those who are ready, who understand this transformation and are also feeling something is about to happen that will shake this world, you are not standing alone.

Those who have eyes to see will see.

I have been observing much in my quiet spell, I have felt listless, and restless, not understanding what ails me. I started a painting in oils, a medium I am not as comfortable with as my acrylics.

When I began the painting, the Eagle was so clear, and as each stroke of paint was applied then image began to fade. And I may yet just paint over it, but my ego holds on, not wanting to start again. It sits unfinished.

And here too is a lesson. For we should never be afraid to Let go and start over again.

So, I turned to reading, and finished the last in a Trilogy of books, this too was filled with alchemy and magic, the Light fighting the Dark. And I sat and read a whole book in one day. Something I had not done in years. And I asked myself are we not still fighting that same battle. Light verses Dark?

We are seeing how those hanging onto their Power Games are trying their best to divide and keep that feeling of separation in focus as they focus on delivering the fear on the hour every hour in every news bulletin. And as I have said many times before this world keeps going around within its cycles, of war and peace, throughout the ages. While we pollute and pillage our Earth Mother continuously, raping the one who has constantly given and given. While we take and take. The wars being waged today are of a different nature and many can not see the real enemy which is hidden like a sheep in wolf’s clothing

But we are now witnessing storms like never before, storms of revolution, along with weather that is a reflection of our own confusion. Floods and Winds wreak havoc for many of us. Earthquakes and Tsunamis, and I See so, so much water to deluge the Earth. And I sense we are nearing that time where Mother Earth is going to deluge us with something we have not witnessed before.
(( I still have dreamtime of water in large quantities Maybe I’m drawing those water dreams to myself, given the home flooding we recently experienced in 2025😊 But water also represents our Emotions, and many I feel will be emotionally charged as various new truths about our world emerge. So this is a time to keep calm, stay focused upon harmony and peace.. For what we focus upon is what we bring into our reality! Remember what we think, we are helping create. ))

Yin Yang New Earth in watercolour and Ink.

Many years ago, I had a profound ‘Vision’ what I would describe as an out-of-body experience/OBE, where I viewed the world from outer space having zoomed there at great speed from being taken out through the top of my head to see a three-headed dragon. What I saw then was the future. To reveal that vision at this time here is not important.

All this week my dreams have been of the earth moving beneath my feet as water washes in over land. For months in Dream state I have been rescuing people from drowning, I can not begin to tell you the despair I have felt during my dreams of not being able to save so many people.

But then I began to see why my deep inner sadness was consuming me, as I was grieving for what will be no more on this Earth. But like the effort and hours I had poured into my painting, I also knew that in order for a new painting, A NEW EARTH to come into being.

The old canvas has to be altered, in some cases wiped clean with new colours flooding over it for it to become a Masterpiece.

Our bodies are here to house our Souls, to learn from our experiences, and it’s time for me to go deeper still within my own inner programming and add new colours to an old canvas.

Within these times there are those who speak of Ascension, as we wake up and wonder what that means for Humanity.

We have to begin to see we each need to rise up within.

We need to go within ourselves and unpick the threads of old programming that have held us tightly within this Matrix we call Earth. We need to let go of judgement, anger and resentments, as we learn to open our hearts to Unity Consciousness and LOVE.

We are all of us One Family, A family of light. And Even those who walk in the Shadows are teaching us Compassion. All have chosen our parts to play.

This is no easy task, and I fail again and again in much of my thinking. But I keep clearing, step by step, as I pick through the rocks and throw them into the lake of consciousness as I see them ripple out, knowing what I think I create.

Mother Earth too is clearing, cleansing, and getting us to pick over and reassess the unnecessary baggage we each carry. Showing us what is really Important in Life, as we shed our possessions. And she is nearing her final great push whereby ALL our lives will be changed in the blink of an eye.

To reveal the Truth of what I have found would only be like reading a book of fiction, also weaved with Alchemy and Magic. Until one finds their own Truth, you cannot explain fully, no matter how you try. We all will wake up at the right moment suited to each of our levels of progression we are meant to follow.

But I ask you to try to understand, that what is occurring, which I feel will only intensify even though it may seem many are suffering, as the planet aligns and shifts, we all agreed to be here at this time of Change.

For new vibrations are altering our bodies and minds as this New Energy sweeps in. Opening up portals, as the veils lift, so too will we have the masks lifted from our eyes, as new truths are revealed.

And if you have reached the end and read in full I thank you for your love and the time given.

Now Go and Live in your own Moments, and create Love and Harmony within your own World as we lift and raise our hearts as One as we move forward within this next Phase of Mother Earth’s Transformation.

Gratitude for Kindness.

Well my friends, here we are at the end of 2025… A quarter of a Century gone, since the millenium clock turned over to the 2000’s… I can still remember the fireworks that went off all over England on that New Years Eve, and if you are old enough, can you? It was an exciting turn of the century as we began our march up to 2012… A year when many people began to awaken to themselves and the outer reality of the world.. A time when we explored our spiritual side and dived deeper into ourselves and then for me, diving into the esoteric world of matter, asking questions of who are we, where are we really from? questioning how the universe worked, and our relationships we had within nature. discovering nothing is by chance and nothing is separate..

I know during this time period having been awake since the early 90’s, I devoured so much reading material upon such subjects connected with the mysterious unseen world we take for granted each day.
And this period opened my eyes and heart to connect more and more with that other side of life that many fear, yet whom all, will one day cross. Because many dare not delve into the unknown because they are fearful of it, so they shun it and called it taboo Wooo.🦉😊 Yet it is as much a part of everyone as breathing air..

Community

And now here we are at the end of 2025, where many illusions about our outerworld are beginning once again to crash, and be exposed, as we bare witness to old patterns, old systems, old ways of governance, showing us that these relationships, and outdated models of control, no longer serve who we are now all becoming.. For we are now awakening our hearts… It may not always seem so, via our external media outlets who pump doom down everyone’s throats..
But it all comes down to our hearts, and love of family, community and friends. Many are now joining together, demanding truth, and integrity, and those who deal in deception will finally find themselves adrift in a sea of exposure, that can no longer be covered by incessant lies.

Letting Go!

2025 was for me a year of realising yet more inner baggage, as well as learning to let go of material outer things we had accumulated over the years.. And it was also a year of huge gratitude, for that which I have in my life, along with loved ones and friendships which have just blown me away with kindness and selfless love..
Our Home disaster of a water damage which I spoke of in a previous post, saw not only us letting go of items and things we had kept for years, but it also showed us a deeper lesson..

Kindness and Gratitude

We were deeply grateful for the kindness and skill of our Builder Neighbour, who swiftly cured the source of our leak, and then set about helping with renovations, taking our old ceiling down, replacing with a new one, and digging up our sleight tiled kitchen floor to be completely replaced with new levelled floor and tiles… Not only that, he helped redecorated a room also..

Then early December I found myself collapsing in pain, my hubby was fraught with anxiety and fetched my young Builder neighbours wife, who immediately took charge ringing for an ambulance.. Such is the state of the NHS here in England, it would have been a 2 and a half hour wait until one arrived, so my neighbour and hubby took me by car to hospital…
I was so grateful for my lovely neighbour, T….. she kept my hubby company for the four hours I was whisked away while they didn’t know what was happening. and then for another hour when we were reunited… My neighbour then took a taxi home, at 10 pm, after spending 5 hours in the hospital with us… We, finally got home around 1 am… And the attack of pain, that had my body go into shock, I am told was Gallstones… to which I will now get further investigated.. I am fine and healthy otherwise today.

What made us even more grateful for T and her hubby… is that they have their own family problems of coping with a 9 year old autistic lovely little boy who cannot speak… Her love and kindness along with her husband is something I will not forget…

‘Gallstones’ I have been told are also a result of pent up anger… There has been many things during this past few years I know I have felt very angry with, yet have tried to keep those feelings in check… Maybe here lies another lesson for me… in Letting Go!..

2026 A year of Transformation

2025 for me was a year of letting go, of learning to say NO more often, and a year where I also learned to nurture myself more, learning to relax, and that my only obligation was to honour and nurture myself more. Which after a lifetime of service to others has been a much harder lesson to accomplish.

But the events of this last couple of months have shown me, just how much my family mean to me, and care, especially as towards the middle of December, as our beautiful 15 yr old granddaughter became extremely ill, and only due to her Mothers quick thinking and that of her intuition, to take her to a second hospital, after the first hospital sent her home saying her problem would clear itself up. Was she admitted to be treated for Sepsis… She was released from hospital on the 19th Dec’. And if our DIL had not followed here instinct to get another hospitals emergency room opinion , then our Christmas would have not been such a delightful family affair that it was…

So I have much to be grateful and thankful for this year, … Including here my dear WP FAMILY, I thank you, I know I have not been in my blog as often or travelling within yours as much within 2025 as I would have liked…

None of us know what awaits us around the corner… So give your loved ones and friends a special Hug every chance you can get.. And as we each enter 2026 and beyond.. Know we have all of us been upgrading ourselves via our inner consciousness over this past year in preparation and growth of what 2026 will bring… We have all of us been tested in one way or another.

In many respects it may be harder for some than others, but I know going through my own small trivial experiences compared with many around the world.. That each experience had enabled me to grow deeper within myself as Human Being, as I have learned to Love deeper and self nurture those traits I easily gift to others but seldom give myself… So I know every struggle, in some ways helps strengthens us and helps us to grow.

2025, I know, many have felt exhausted, as if they have gone through a mental mill grinder. But know we are being aligned with the subtle energies which are helping us into transformative years, which will take us into more Golden Years for the future..

The dismantling is always the hardest part of any renovation… Like my ceiling and floor taught me. But if we wish a new way of Being, we have to dismantle first the old foundations, before new ones can be laid.. And that takes a lot of effort and creates a lot of debris which we see as outer damage to begin with… But…
Also remember the Power that Nature holds in regeneration…

This tiny Angel was gifted me as a Christmas tree decoration for my first Christmas by my Grandma… It has been redressed many times in its 7 decades .. She now always sits upon the top of my tree.

Today we live in a world where it can seem we are separated from each other more than ever, as people no longer gather in discussion, to debate and hold sensible conversations, instead, they often feel that it is only their narrative that counts, that they are right, and the rest are wrong.. No grey areas of inbetween, to iron out different opinions, or to find common ground in which to agree.

Social Media while a huge success in connecting each other around the world, it is often a lonely existence for many who sit alone behind their screens, taking in the narratives of their choice.

While I am not on FB, etc, I will often see comments on live feeds listening to podcasts within social media that vent or contain vile language as they rip the messenger to shreds.. And yes, I also see the opposite too, of wonderful praise and thanks of gratitude for the message given.

I wonder do people realise the impact, or the ripples their words of condemnation or praise can have upon an individual, or the collective? Or how when repeated, over and over, how negativity within such posts, affect others, in bringing their vibration down, showing us only one side of humanity, and the traumas of the world, which only add to the traumas they themselves may be enduring..

But Maybe the MSM know exactly what they are doing in keeping vibrations at a low point, so we do not rise and feel good, because it’s a well known fact, when people feel suppressed they are more easily controlled.

The world contains many variables, and different perspectives, and we know that there are also many, many more kind souls, doing kind deeds, daily, that never get to be mentioned in the Media… Because this would create a ‘Feel Good Factor’ of positivity and upliftment.

The impact you each have upon the world is greater than you could ever imagine, and the choices you make can have far-reaching consequences. You can use the ripple effect to make a positive difference and spread waves of kindness that will wash over the world. Or you can contribute to its destruction and demise, by adding your negativity to help the dark-side win the battle that is now being played out within this Spiritual War, of Dark and Light.

Someone feeling the effects of negative energy will be more likely to pass on that negative energy, feelings of depression, and low self esteem, when you bring someone down with derogatory language.
At the same time, you can help another feel good about themselves by passing on positivity, by adding humour, joy and praise. That choice is always ours to make.

So should the opportunity arise, and you feel compelled to do a good deed for someone else. One act of charity, one thoughtful deed, or even one positive thought, which can pass from one individual to the next, snowballing, until it becomes a group movement, a ray of hope, that could possibly save someone’s life. You can never know the impact your own thoughts or actions can have upon another.

Every transformation, just like every ripple, has a point of origin. You must believe in your ability to be that point of origin if you want to use the ripples you create to spread goodness. Consider the effect of your thoughts and actions, for thoughts are living things, that manifest our reality into being. Try to act as graciously and as mindful as much as possible, for you never know, when you yourself may be in need of that act of kindness and loving support to hold you.

To smile at a stranger, a compliment given to a friend, an attitude of laughter, or a thoughtful gesture can send ripples that spread among your loved ones, out into your community, and finally throughout the world. You have the power to touch the lives of everyone you come into contact with and everyone those people come into contact with. The momentum of your influence will grow as your ripples moves onward and outward.

One of those ripples could become a tidal wave of love and kindness.

Be Wise…. Invoke the Owl, when you need to see the Truth!

It is now Time to embrace that point of origin, as we look to ourselves to change ourselves, and that which we no longer wish to experience. If we wish to heal, we must remember to hold kindness within our hearts, as we let go of that which separates us. As we let go of anger, and our ancestral wounding.

Reshaping the world is not reliant upon our leaders, it is about unifying our differences, and knowing that only we can change ourselves..

We will always have conflict, if we do not address that point of conflict within ourselves. If we cannot begin to love ourselves enough to nurture our attitudes, and speak from our hearts.
Too long we have judged, pointed fingers, and labelled others whose opinions are different from our own…
We have to begin with learning to let go of who is right and who is wrong, as we open our minds to see another’s perspective, as we meet in the middle, of understanding that the scales will always tip one way or the other, unless we ourselves get the balance right…

May we each learn that the balance of our respective nations, lies with its own people to make those right choices out of love and compassion, not out of hatred or prejudice..

Cyril’s Woo of Remembering!

Hello Dear Friends,
Cyril here, the Woo-Woo Owl who thought it best to give you an update upon Dreamwalker. And partly why she has been absent for the last 12 weeks. To begin with, she decided she would retreat for a little while from the outer world noise of discontent. So, she relaxed in bliss, trying to focus on her creations, while sending healing and calm vibes into the Matrix of illusion. And for a time, she was successful. And I would like to think that I influenced her choice of subject 😊🦉.

For those of  you who read in her last post back in August ‘Amongst the Foxgloves’, you will see how she mentioned things which were happening in England, which were getting unbelievable.

  Since then, and, ‘cough, cough’, as the wise old Owl I am… I can honestly say, you cannot make things up which have been occurring in good old Blighty! since then.
      For those not familiar with the word Blighty, it was a word used in the first world war by soldiers referring to England as an endearment of home. (I dread to think what words those soldiers would use today to describe the British Isles now known as the UK today). To see how their beloved Blighty had fallen, for those hard fought for freedoms, which were taken for granted in things such as Free Speech.
How many soldiers laid down their lives, fighting for freedom, so that their offspring could live in that freedom, only now to see how eroded a system we now have in place… Where you are no longer free to speak your mind or give an honest opinion in debate, without begin censored, labelled or worse.

I bet many do not realise that more people are arrested for free speech in England than in Russia… I invite you to look up the statistics of arrests..

In the UK, over 12,000 arrests for online speech-related offenses were made in 2023, averaging about 30 arrests per day.

Enough Said… or Cyril may get his wings clipped!..

Dreamwalker’s bliss, soon turned into Despair!… As her household, turned a little topsy turvy. In fact, you could say they have been ‘a wash’ with, Dastardly Deeds of Damp, along with Deep Distortions of Demolition. Yes the D word is prevalent today, and a little like the world at large is at the moment! Which is having its own Disasters, as we witness floods and extreme water chaos around the world, as Neptune makes itself felt. Dreamwalker felt Neptunes surge within her home..

Water decided to seep unseen, for some time in the Dreamwalker household, resulting in the demolition of a whole ceiling along with the digging up of a kitchen floor that even concrete was soaked, along with interior walls that had sucked up damp that all had to dry out before being repaired.

So, most of Dreamwalkers home was let’s say, in a bit of a mess! But Dreamwalker being Dreamwalker, counted her blessings, as she was just so grateful it was only clear water and not water from a mud-slide or river, she emphatically understands what others around the world are coping with. As she sent her thoughts and prayers to go out to those suffering from such hardships in the world.

She had to box up her living room and kitchen, which are still being unpacked to be put back in order. The good news is Dreamwalker finally has a freshly decorated dining room with new plastered and painting ceiling, and a brand-new kitchen floor. So all has ended well.. No one was injured, and she saw many lessons of gratitude especially for the support of wonderful neighbours without whom they would have had more heartache..

So on this Remembrance weekend. When we remember those fallen soldiers who gave their all so that we might live a life that is relatively free… Let us honour them by remembering in gratitude that generation who fought for our freedoms. So that we could bring up our own families to live in freedom not fear,
Today we see a world pushing Artificial Intelligence and Digital ID’s for more and more control of its citizens, let us not forget the sacrifice those brave men and women died and fought for.
All of our Freedoms!.

Remember, dear family of Light-bearers no matter how Dark, how Despairing, or how Depressive things may appear. This world is an Illusion! and we each are creators of our own DESTINY.

SO go and DREAM your reality it into being…

What was that famous saying of those brave soldiers of the (SAS.)

‘ He Who Dares Wins’..

This sometimes means we need to have courage, and it can also mean taking risks that lead to success. This was the motto of the British (SAS), the Special Air Service. And it suggests that sometimes we may need to be bold, in overcoming challenges to achieve victory. We may have to resist and say NO sometimes, for our own peace of mind and also for the good of humanity. Silence has its place, but when you know and see something isn’t right, then we need to speak up and Dare to Challenge the narratives.

So my fine feathered friends, it may be time to flex your wings, for any type of growth, can often only come when risks are taken. Even if at times we feel like we can do nothing much in changing those illusions, We can each of us still say one little word… NO!.. While we still have our free will..

Dreamwalker came across this little meme the other day,
it said.

LIGHT!’

As more of you are shining your Lights into the world, this is why you are seeing much more shadow emerging. But remember… Light extinguishes the Dark.. And there are many more Light-bearers now stepping into the Light of Truth.. 🦉

And I know Dreamwalker is standing by those freedoms her grandfather fought to keep… May we all choose well, as we each Dream into reality the kind of world we wish to live in.

Amongst The Foxgloves

Back in May, I was gifted a Tapestry kit from my daughter, and to be honest with you, after just finishing the Singing Bird in the Beadwork, while I was thrilled with the Tapestry Kit, I really had to push myself to start another major project. But I am so pleased my daughter gifted me this Fox, for it has seen me through some sleepless nights, where I would get up, not able to sleep, as the turmoil of the world washed through my being.

Well, working upon the Fox, certainly gave me a focus and encouraged me to face its challenge. This was the first Tapestry I had sewn, and some days I certainly needed to concentrate in the quiet of my own mind, as I navigated through the maze of coloured threads that were coded in the pattern.

Focusing in on each tiny square, reminded me very much of a post I did a few years back entitled, ‘The Puzzle of Life‘ which ended up in three parts …
We are each of us now being challenged, in various ways, and each of us are choosing the threads in which we wish to weave our future. We are beginning to fill in the blanks of the puzzle we have been presented with, as we unravel the yarns of what we have been told as truth. We are each of us I feel, grasping our own needle and thread, and choosing how to create our own tapestries, weaving our own stories, as we step into our own authenticity and truth.

I do not think I have in all of my years of life, have I challenged what is being presented to me daily, in the outer reality more than I do now, as I learn to discern and ‘Feel’ into what my inner guidance now tells me, as I learn to trust more now, than ever, my inner intuition and heart. The Fox certainly helped with those attributes.

Stepping back, especially into your own quiet space, allows you to discern, and observe the chaotic din and the madness unravelling.. People are now, especially here in England, are beginning to step into their own authentic selves, as they too awaken to the rhetoric of noise, that gets louder from the establishment, that I now see here in England, as a failing system of control. Sadly, those in control here, have not recognised that fact yet, so they will only get louder to bolster up their reign, with more control measures.

Remember the New Earth painting I was inspired to paint back in 2020?,,, As you see the Old Earth on the right, with the dark snakes slithering away, and the Light Beings wrapping their Light around the Earth to lift it vibrationally up to the next level.. In the woods on the old Earth, you can see the grey aliens, being exposed too.. This too shall come to light!….
The roots and branches reach up from Mother Nature, to show the Peace Doves and the Angelic realm, helping create a more loving harmonious peaceful world in the Pink Higher vibrational Sphere, symbolic of New Earth, and at its centre I glued in a real Herkimer Diamond..
The Herkimer Diamond is often referred to as ‘The Stone of Attunement’
Its energies work to help us feel more comfortable, while we are within uncomfortable environments.. And helps see us through some tough situations. .. Herkimer Quartz also help raise our telepathic abilities, and commune with our long lost gifts of the clair- senses..

We are now all of us beginning to attune, to those wavelengths of vibration, those threads we are now picking up, as we each let go of our old stories and create new ones.. And for some, this is going to feel uncomfortable, as those snakes begin to slither to the surface… And we shall begin to see them for who they truly are… And some shocks too, along the way, as truth is going to push to be seen.

This is not just occuring on the world wide stage, this is also being seen within your closer circles of friends, family, and acquaintances.. As we discover our energies are no longer compatible or so easily coerced. So we step back and allow them to go their own journeys, for we are each of us holding our own particular piece of the puzzle, and we are now each of us responsible for holding our own needle and threads, weaving our future as we each focus our intentions into what we wish to experience. As we begin to remember who we are, and the true power we each hold.

August saw in the Lion’s Gate Portal and on that particular day on the 8th, I felt a very powerful energetic shift take place within myself… And I know that one also happened for the World. So I will share this Card, some one shared with me and leave you with its sentiments.
