The Elite 1 team has once again added another player of the absolute highest quality in JDC Advanced Tour Card Holder Alfie Busby. 
 
Alfie’s game has come on leaps and bounds in the last 18 months after playing in local pubs and clubs, but it was during the pandemic that he put his head down and realised he had a knack for the sport.  
 
The 17-year-old from Birmingham now has his sights set on the JDC with the aim of securing a spot on the plane to Gibraltar and finish in the top 8 of the Order of Merit by the end of the year. It was a strong first weekend of the calendar for ‘The Butler’ as well, after serving up 2 last 32 finishes, a last 16 and a Semi-final in Coventry a few weeks ago.  
 
An avid fan of Target before signing, Alfie said; “This is literally the perfect thing – If someone was going to come in and sponsor me, I always wanted it to be Target”.
