Lens-Artists Challenge #392—Framing the Shot

This week it is Patti who challenges us with the theme “Framing the shot”. This is not something I do intentionally – all the following are pretty much accidental. Pattie also asks us to identify each layer.

Foreground – Grass, Middle Ground – Hare, Background – Sea

Irish Hare

Foreground – stonewall and lichens, Middle Ground – bird on post, Background – grass

Now this image may not fit so nicely, but I reckon that the Foreground – blurry white and purple flowers, Middle Ground – purple flowers that are in sharp focus, Background – grass

Wildflowers

Many thanks to Patti for getting us to think more about our photographic techniques this week.

Lens-Artists Challenge #391—Phone Photography

This week Tina sets us the challenge of “Phone Photography“. While I prefer to use my actual camera, I do find the phone handy for quick pics. As Tina has mentioned phone camera have come a long way.

Wild Cherry
Lesser Celendine

Phone cameras are also good for getting interesting angles.

Great for landscapes too.

Many thanks to Tina for this week’s challenge.

Lens-Artists Challenge #389—Looking Back: Time to Relax

This week Anne sets us the Lens Artist Challenge – Time to Relax.

For me there is no better way to relax, than to be out in Nature.

Relaxing Irish Hares

Just chillin’ whooper swan

A busy bee always makes me feel relaxed

And of course there is something very sweet and heart warming seeing pets or farm animals being very relaxed.

Many thanks to Anne, for making us all feel relaxed.
