About Me
Background
I got into product by building things first — started as an Android dev, helped build a logistics startup from zero, then went to IIM Ahmedabad. Since then I've doubled subscription revenue at Paytm Money, launched a loyalty program to 10 million Paytm users, and at Nextuple I've built a capacity management platform from scratch and shipped Order Promising for one of the UK's largest grocery retailers.
How I work
I like starting with data and ending with users. Numbers tell you what's happening; conversations tell you why. I've learned to resist jumping into solutions before understanding the problem properly — sometimes the hard way. I have strong opinions about products, but I try to hold them loosely enough to change my mind when the evidence says I should.
My everyday stack: Claude for research and thinking through specs, Claude Code for prototyping, Obsidian for building a second brain, and the usual — Figma, SQL, Notion.
The best PMs don't just build — they build the right thing at the right time. AI makes the building part easier. Getting the judgment right is where the great PMs live, and that's what I'm striving for.

Led Order Orchestrator module, revamping the system with returns flow and metrics dashboard while successfully launching the MVP for major UK grocery retailers.

Building India's biggest Loyalty program; Part of the Consumer Loyalty charter, led data integration, customer support, and web user experience.

Led the Subscription module, built a scalable system to monetize products. Achieved 20% MoM increase in subscription revenue and increased retention by 12% through redesigning the renewal flow. Led pricing change initiative resulting in 25% revenue increase and reduced complaints by 80%.
