The HyperDuino Breadboard Eliminator

No more breadboard & solder!

Roger Wagner's HyperDuino board is the physical connector to a wide variety of boards with Arduino-compatible headers. It allows easy and quick connections for LEDs and analog inputs. It features 12 capacitive (1-wire) touch sensors, and easy connections for 12 LEDs as well as analog inputs such as light and temperature sensors. You'll never again need to solder or use a breadboard!

This simple module connects to a wide variety of Arduino-standard headers, and allows easy and quick connections for LEDs and analog inputs

The HyperDuino System

The HyperDuino is a "piggy-back board" (also called a "shield") for the Arduino, or any Arduino Uno compatible board. If you're interested in the technical details of the HyperDuino hardware and software, click here for information and features.

For "smart car" robotics projects, and advanced experimentation and invention, the HyperDuino+R board provides the most versatile and efficient platform for the Arduino available.

With an Arduino, you can optionally install the HyperDuino Program (firmware), which is a variant of "Standard Firmata" that recognizes the 12 touch sensors of the HyperDuino board, and turns LEDs on/off when a sensor is touched.

With the HyperDuino, project building and further experimentation is fun and efficient!

Here is a good overview video by Michael at the Programming Electronics Academy about the HyperDuino and how can be used by educators to support STEM teaching objectives as well as for adding interactivity to dioramas and posterboard projects.
