Individual Coaching

Coaching with me is about clarity, courage, and change. My clients come from all over the world and all walks of life. They share one common desire: to stop drifting and start building a life they are proud of.

We do not stay on the surface. Together, we dig into what really matters most to you. Career direction, leadership growth, relationships, confidence, or simply giving yourself permission to want more. Along the way, topics shift and overlap, but the focus never changes: uncovering what you truly want and co-creating a path to get there.

I bring more than two decades of global leadership experience, a professional coaching certification and over 1,000 hours of coaching conversations. Our work will be highly practical. At first we will create the direction, followed by honest momentum.

What to expect:

Coaching is 100% online, so we can work across time zones: from LA to Sydney.
Most clients work with me in six-month chapters; we will walk a part of life together.
Lasting change requires honest commitment of time, energy, and investment.
Coaching with me is effective, but it is not cheap.

Meet, Benjamin Hyneck

Ben Hyneck is a professional coach with over 20 years of experience in global sales and leadership. His career has taken him through Google, Reddit, and a range of SaaS companies and startups, where he built and led teams across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States.

This international journey shapes his coaching today: Ben brings a global perspective, actual hands-on expertise, a deep understanding of diverse markets, and the ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds.

Ben is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute and has logged more than 1,000 hours of coaching conversations. His work blends real-world business expertise with proven coaching methodology, helping sales teams and individual clients achieve meaningful, lasting growth.

Ben currently lives near Berlin with his wife and their two teenage sons.

My coaching is not one-size-fits-all. Every client and every team is unique, so we focus on what’s really going on in your situation. That might mean identifying hidden roadblocks, working through confidence issues, sharpening sales skills, or building repeatable processes. The goal is always practical improvement you can feel in your day-to-day work.
Both. I regularly coach founders, executives, and individual contributors, as well as running tailored programs for entire teams. Some clients prefer one-to-one coaching for focus and accountability, while others bring me in to elevate the performance of a group.
Clients usually notice a shift quite quickly. Conversations become clearer, objections easier to handle, and sales feel more natural. Teams often close bigger deals faster, and individuals feel more confident in how they show up at work. Long-term, clients tell me the impact extends beyond business into how they lead and make decisions.
Most of my work runs in 6 - 12 month cycles, giving enough time for real transformation. That said, I design the engagement around your needs. Some clients want an intensive sprint, others prefer a longer partnership.
It usually begins with a conversation. We’ll talk through your challenges, goals, and whether we’re a good fit. From there, I’ll propose a tailored approach - whether that’s individual coaching, team workshops, or a mix of both.
