Inner peace is an inner state, not an outer goal to achieve, object to

Purchase, or destination to find,

Because inner peace is already yours.

Inner peace resides, as stated, on the inside,

Never to be lost or stolen, denied or destroyed,

Because this inner peace is already yours.

While outer good fortune brings temporary reprieve from struggles,

Outer happiness is never deeply satisfying or lasting,

Because inner peace is already yours.

Feeling weathered by life’s storms?

Have no fear, the peace found in the Ground of your Being waits for you,

Because inner peace is already yours.

 There is inner peace in the Ground of your Being,

Which is tethered, unfettered, safe, and secure,

Because inner peace is already yours.

Choose to darn those wings of inner peace and fly!

Choose inner peace over every other outer-worldly thing,

Knowing God’s inner peace is remarkably and unmistakably already yours.

This doorway to inner peace is accessible to you and by you alone,

So, give God more power than your misery and watch your spirit soar,

Because inner peace is already yours.

Turn inward, dropping into the Ground of your Being,

Pray that God may show you the way,

 Because inner peace this day is already yours.

May God’s inner peace be with you now and always!

Nothing Beats Heart

The young soul is used to fighting against everything or fighting for nothing,

While the old soul chooses her battles more carefully,

Often choosing to go with the flow…

She sets her intention on grounding spirituality here & now, for a richer simpler life.

“Nothing I do has value!” Cries out one very young soul,

I say, “True value is held right here in your heart!”

Value is the heart or life behind your actions and creations,

Heart brings them to life!

More heart, more life…

Your heart, therefore becomes your most prized possession,

So do everything with heart!

Nothing great was ever dreamed up, created or achieved without it,

Nothing beats the value of your beating heart.

Just calmly and quietly stop there in your tracks, right where you are,

Breathe deeply, and on a wing in a prayer,

Surrender to a God you never knew.

Wait until your heart and mind melt.

Congratulations! You’ve made the 180° turn inward and onto the spiritual road,

The only one leading home to you & to true happiness.

One uni-verse

One verse, one song,

Playing for infinity,

In infinite ways and infinite forms.

One divine love song,

A soft beat rippling out hope,

Ringing out eternal, peace, joy, love, beauty,

and truth.

Expressions and extensions of love,

Arise and spring forth,

From one divine love Source,

Vibrations registered in time and space.

This divine song reverberates through one uni -verse,

Invisible to the naked eye,

But underlying all,

Heralding a love most sublime and refined,

Joining true love doves,

Scattered to the wind,

Now united on Spirit wings,

To sing their eternal love song.

This world of illusion and confusion,

May hide the steady pulse

Of God’s divine love as it rises,

To the surface,

Still this common cord,

Links our Uni-verse in oneness.

It is the harmony and peace

Of one divine love song,

Won’t you sing along?

Will I see myself from your eyes,

Or my eyes?

Or open up my third eye instead,

And see myself,

In God’s eyes?

God has the highest vantage point,

A crystal clear visage,

Of all there is.

One fully expansive point of view…

A multi-dimensional, multi-layered,

multi-faceted stance,

To see all past lifetimes,

And future potentials with clarity…

Able to traverse with ease,

My deepest heart,

And reveal my highest aspirations,

Well ahead of me!

From my third eye perspective,

The Creator admires the excellence,

Of All creation…

One glorious work of perfection,

Made manifest in you and me!

And, we multifaceted diamonds,

Shining our crystal light outward,

Many-angled perspectives of one Creator source…

Please do hold your head up high!

And use your angelic heart, voice and mind,

To shine ever brighter,

Spreading God’s true light around…

You are a beautiful flicker,

One of God‘s creative lights,

A twinkle in God’s eye,

By my third eye estimation!

Our heavenly Father,

Delights in knowing,

Each soul glows,

In accordance with,

The brilliance or dimness,

Of their own.

Two people who meet,

And share a precious love,

Like a graceful dance,

Never danced before,

A beautiful song yet unsung,

A sunrise witnessed,

From a unique vantage point,

Where no one ever stood…

Two souls who “get” each other are,

A rare find!

Maybe for just a blip in time,

Or perhaps a while more…

The love of a mother and child,

Two lovers, two trusted friends,

A four-legged friend,

Or sweet Jesus?

The who, what, where, when and why,

Pale in comparison,

To the precious gem of love,

They found.

Unruffled by time and space…

Sent down once on angel’s wings,

Now in heaven waits.

My blues are blurred,

In this sandy pink Caribbean dreamscape,

The melodically lapping aqua sea,

Promotes a temporary lapse,

In past or future obsessions.

God’s Presence surrounds…

Restores, uplifts, revives,

Pressure points melt away,

As pain subsides.

I am lost in a soothing, oceanic song,

Pounding, thrashing, crashing waves,

Brush up on pristine, picturesque shoreline.

My ear canals are blanketed in serenity,

As eardrums keep joyful beat,

To one steady, easy, hypnotic tone,

Leaving me in the pink!

This is nature’s rhythm…

Any day is a good day,

To take a mini soulful vaca,

Awashed in peaceful beach sounds.

Just one of 8 billion souls on earth,

And growing!

8 billion perspectives, expressions,

And facets of the one God source….

My two eyes are just two,

Of 16 billion other eyes looking out,

8 billion different views of life,

From 8 billion unique angles,

8 billion strong,

Living, breathing, loving, moving,

Fractals of God light…

So many points, shades, shadows and refractions…

8 billion with an equal chance,

To mirror reflect the one God source…

If you do the math,

I matter NOT,

But if you do higher spiritual-level mathematics,

I matter most, as do all

8 billion others… that’s you!

Striving to be clear-sighted, conscious,

Loving and peaceful expressions of Source,

Means higher vistas and brighter,

Lighter, lovelier days,

On the horizon…

For all 8 billion of us.

Not perfect

The perfection of God set me free.

The perfection of God carries me.

Not just dead words written across the page,

Nor stale air, nor inflated wishes,

Or tricks to mislead…

Just my imperfect attempt to convey,

God’s deeply felt love for me.

If not felt, then not expressed!

Highest light, touching deepest heart core.

Humble? Then I would not say.

Perfect, trendy, glamorous, proud?

Thankfully need not be,

Nor any soul seeking God‘s close proximity.

The perfection of God set me free.

The perfection of God carries me.

More prayer and less blame,

Puts the perfect Will of Creator,

Before any lesser attachments, smaller wills,

Or imperfect creations.

100,000 twinkling stars easily escape our view,

When hidden behind the thick white blanket of daylight.

So on the next crisp clear evening,

Why not thank God for darkness?

Before the 3-D space-time net,

To be snagged by,

Instead, slipping seamlessly,

Of lesser nets.

Be comforted in knowing,

God’s Divine Love net,

Is above and beyond the rest,

Broken, open hearted souls,

May you find peace, love, joy,

And rest,

In God’s beautiful and blessed,

Born To Eat Dirt?

Why would I accept a caterpillar lifetime?

Dirt in my face,

Ears, eyes, mouth,

And all around…

Dreams lost, buried over,

Left for dead…

Then acceptance came,

A divine timed rebirth.

There!

I just answered my own question.

A chance to rebirth,

For my spirit to fly freely,

Into God‘s kingdom!

So grateful my Butterfly soul,
