What is FilePulse ?

FilePulse is a Salesforce-native productivity and workflow intelligence app that turns everyday file activity — new uploads, new versions, handwritten notes, forms, and more — into actionable insights and tasks. It removes the CRM tax and helps teams work the way they naturally work, without extra clicks or admin burden.

How does FilePulse get handwritten notes into Salesforce ?

Just take a photo and email it to your FilePulse address. That’s it

FilePulse transcribes it, relates it to the correct Salesforce record, and creates an actionable task — landing directly in the Activity Timeline. No apps to install, no hardware dependency, no changing behaviors.

Do I need a special device like an eTablet ?

Nope. You can use paper, a notebook, a napkin… whatever you’ve got handy. FilePulse was deliberately designed not to require specialized hardware, because teams in the field rarely carry fragile, expensive tablets.

Can FilePulse integrate with Slack or Microsoft Teams ?

Yes. Slack and Teams notifications are supported with lightweight configuration. This allows file activity or handwritten notes to show up where your team already spends their time.

How accurate is the OCR ?

FilePulse uses Google’s OCR engine for handwritten and printed text recognition. It’s highly accurate, even for fast scribbles, and is continually improving. Upcoming releases include optional Grammarly cleanup for even cleaner transcription.

Is FilePulse secure ?

Yes. All data remains inside your Salesforce org. FilePulse uses standard Salesforce Files, ContentVersion, Tasks, and secure Apex processes. Nothing is stored outside your environment.

Can I try FilePulse in a test drive ?

Absolutely. You can request a fully provisioned Test Drive org from our team and experience:
