Call for Applications

Digital Talent Program (DTP) is a training program initiated by IHS Towers Group in partnership with the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT) and Rwanda ICT Chamber to cultivate a digitally adept workforce capable of navigating the evolving job market. The program will offer structured, multi-level training that caters to different skills sets, ensuring that participants get both technical prowess and essential soft skills. This initiative empowers learners across a broad range of fields, including but not limited to Digital Innovation, Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity and more. 

DTP aims to bridge this skills gap by equipping 20,000 nationwide youth, in the next two years, with the technical expertise needed to compete in an increasingly digital global marketplace. This initiative aligns with Rwanda's vision for digital inclusion and economic advancement, positioning the country as a regional leader in tech-driven growth.

The Digital Talent Program is a self-paced online course that requires all trainees to have access to a digital device, preferably a personal computer, to complete the course materials effectively. While the program is primarily online, there will be minimum in-person support from learning center managers to assist trainees who may struggle with the learning content.
