A product is anything created to fulfill consumer needs — from tangible goods to digital web services. I started as a web developer, which means I bring a technical and design lens that most product consultants simply don’t have — I can see problems across code, UX, architecture, and business strategy, not just one layer. Over nearly 20 years I’ve launched a CMS for over 2,500 small businesses, doubled an enterprise’s ARR in 90 days, accelerated product development in higher education, and streamlined complicated funnels into 60% more bookings. 1. This agreement is between Johnathan.PRO and the subscriber for ongoing services and platform access.
2. Subscription remains active until canceled. New and renewal subscriptions have a 3-day refund window, with no refunds issued after that period. Additionally, there are no refunds for any unused time if canceled before the renewal date.
3. Personal data is used only for billing via Stripe; platform data is isolated, secure, and compliant with U.S. and EU standards.
4. Engagement happens in the platform using Predict Meetings and Realize “Human” Replies with emails ONLY for Billing and urgent Technical Issues such as SIMPLIFIED by Johnathan.PRO is down.
5. Subscribers retain ownership of their solutions and assets, but SIMPLIFIED access is removed upon cancellation.
6. Failed payments result in deactivation after 14 days; plan changes can be made anytime through the billing portal.
7. Outcomes aren’t guaranteed; collaboration and participation will bring tangible long-term value.
8. Each Predict Meeting continues the current Story or pivots to a new one; solutions are built in real time and ideally go live during the meeting.
9. BOOSTS are one-time charges starting at $245 per hour for additional requests, agreed and paid via Stripe invoice.
10. All Story solutions are delivered through Predict Meetings, which Subscribers schedule from inside the Platform.
